Mulberry cake.
Mulberry cake, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 2 cups (from yogurt) of sugar,
- 1/2 cup oil,
- 1 glass of yogurt,
- 1 baking powder,
- 2 cups of flour i
- 500 g of mulberries (black or white, or combined).
Mulberry cake, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, then add oil, yogurt, baking powder and flour.
- Pour into a greased pan and top with black or white mulberries, as desired, or a combination.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
