Cake with euro cream - Ivana Pešić
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 250 g of Eurocream
- Beat the egg whites, add sugar, oil, milk, nuts, flour mixed with baking powder and finally egg yolk. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Take the cake out of the oven and while it's still hot, coat it with Eurocream. Sprinkle with ground
