Cake with grapes.
Cake with grapes, ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 1/3 cup oil,
- 2 cups flour,
- ½ bag of baking powder,
- ½ bag of baking soda,
- 500 g of grapes with large grains,
- powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Cake with grapes, preparation:
- Tear the grape seeds from the bunch and cut each one open so that the seeds can be removed.
- Put milk, eggs, oil in a deep bowl and mix, then add flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda and mix to get a mixture without lumps.
- Take a tray and grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour, then pour the prepared mixture.
- Arrange the grapes over the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Cut the cake when it has cooled so that it does not fall apart because it is soft.
