Cake with apples and semolina - one of the cakes with apples, which always occupy a special place on the menu of all those with a sweet tooth. The chocolate glaze is a special addition, which, for sure, no one will complain about.
Cake:
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup semolina
- 0,5 cup oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 pieces of apple (grated)
Frosting:
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 0,25 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- sugar (to taste)
Cake:
- Beat the eggs until foamy. Add all the ingredients and mix well to combine the mass. Pour the mass into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C.
Frosting:
- Melt the chocolate in steam and add oil and water, as well as sugar to taste. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate glaze (hot glaze over cooled cake at room temperature).
