Cake with apples and whipped cream.
- 1 cup of yogurt (yogurt cup)
- 1 cup of sugar (a cup of yogurt)
- 1 cup of oil (a cup of yogurt)
- 3 pieces of yolk
- 2 cups of flour (cup of yogurt)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1,5 kg of apples
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 100 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 3 pieces of egg white
- 9 spoon of sugar
- Peel the apples, grate them and add 2 spoons of sugar and cinnamon to taste. Stew them at a moderate temperature and when the liquid evaporates, remove them from the stove and let them cool.
- Beat yogurt, sugar, oil, egg yolk and flour mixed with baking powder with a mixer.
- Pour into a greased 25 x 27 pan and bake for 15 minutes in a heated oven at 200 degrees.
- Take out the tray and arrange the prepared apples, sprinkle coarsely chopped walnuts on top and return for another 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the egg whites and sugar until stiff.
- Take out the tray, spread the whipped cream and return to the switched off oven for another 1 hour.
