Magic cake with apples - it's really magical, you wave a magic wand and it's ready.
Apple cake, ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups (from 2 dl) of flour,
- 2 cups semolina,
- 1 baking powder,
- 1 cup of sugar i
- 1 vanilla sugar,
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 kg of grated apples,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- cups of sugar of 2 dl i
- 150 g of butter.
Cake with apples, preparation:
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add semolina and sugar. Mix everything together and divide into 3 equal parts. Grate apples and mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Divide into 2 equal parts. Do not squeeze the apples, as their juice will soak the dry ingredients.
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC. Grease a baking pan with butter or oil.
Stacking:
- Place the first layer of dry ingredients, level, add half of the apples, add the second part of the dry ingredients, level and press down a little, add the remaining apples.
- Press the apples and sprinkle the last layer of dry ingredients.
- Grate or cut the remaining butter into thin strips and spread over the cake.
- Place in a heated oven at 180 C and bake for about 45 minutes.
