Cake with strawberries and sponge cake.
Cake with strawberries and cookies, ingredients:
- 200 g of sponge cake
- 150 g of whipped cream
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g of cheese (low-fat, young, cream cheese)
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 400 g of strawberries (peeled)
And more:
- some milk
- 50 g of whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
Cake with strawberries and cookies, preparation:
- Beat the whipped cream with milk in one bowl with a mixer, and the cheese with sugar in another. Mix the two masses.
- Wash, clean and cut the strawberries.
- Arrange a row of biscuits (14 pieces) soaked in milk in a tray or bowl.
- Put half of the filling, arrange the strawberries, then the other half of the filling and another row of biscuits (14 pieces) soaked in milk.
- Whip the whipped cream with milk and put it on top of the cake.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
- Cut, decorate with strawberries and serve.
- Enjoy the taste!
