Cake with apricots.
Cake with apricots, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 2 glasses of sugar (from yogurt 2 dl),
- half a glass of oil,
- 1 glass of yogurt,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- 1 baking powder i
- 2 cups of flour.
Cake with apricots, preparation:
- Beat eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour.
- Pour into a greased pan and spread the apricots on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven until nicely browned.
