Hazelnut cake, ingredients:
You need a crust:
- 2 cups of milk,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- half a cup of oil,
- 2 cups flour,
- half a bag of baking powder,
- half a bag of baking soda,
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
- 5 spoons of ground roasted hazelnuts.
For dressing you need:
- 5 spoons of ground roasted hazelnuts,
- 2 dcl of milk,
- 3 spoons of sugar,
- 50 g of margarine and
- ground biscuit about 200 gr.
Hazelnut cake, preparation:
- Put milk, eggs, oil and sugar in a deep bowl and add flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda, vanilla sugar and ground hazelnuts, then mix everything with a mixer or blender.
- Spread Đuveč with lard or oil and sprinkle with flour or put parchment paper and hand out the obtained mass.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
Coating preparation:
- Boil milk and sugar and remove from the stove, add margarine and stir to melt.
- Then add the ground biscuit and mix and spread it hot over the crust.
- Cut the cake when it has completely cooled.
