Cake with rice flour, ingredients:
- 250 g of rice flour,
- 3 haha,
- 150 sugar,
- 1dl of oil,
- 2 oranges,
- 1 bag of baking powder and
- a little rum or (beherovka, brandy, liqueur as desired).
For decoration:
- powdered sugar
Cake with rice flour, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, grated rind from two oranges, juice, a little becherovka, rice flour and finally baking powder.
- Heat the oven to two hundred degrees, grease and sprinkle with flour a round mold.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake until nicely browned or test with a wooden stick to see if the cake is cooked.
- It is baked if there is no dough on the stick when you remove it from the cake.
