  • for the crust:
  • 250 g of ground biscuits
  • 100 g of butter (margarine)
  • 100 ml of chocolate milk
  • for the filling:
  • 300 g of jam
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 g) casa (450 cheese with 0% mm
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 50 g of chocolate
  • for the chocolate frosting:
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  1. Beat butter (margarine), add ground biscuits and chocolate milk, mix. Place in a baking tray (26 cm) and bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C, (it doesn't have to be baked, but it seems to me that the crust is still tastier when it dries a little in the oven).
  2. In one bowl, beat the slaw with milk, and in the other, cheese with powdered sugar. Mix the two masses. Add the grated chocolate and stir. Put the filling over the cooled crust.
  3. Make the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate with milk and oil, wait for it to cool a little and pour it over the filling. Leave to cool and harden.
  4. Enjoy the taste!
  5. If you use another cheese, add 1 sachet of gelatin to the filling.
