Cake with cheese and raspberries, ingredients:
for the crust:
- 300 g of biscuits (ground, (plasma))
- 125 g butter (or margarine)
- 100 ml milk
for the filling:
- 250 g of jam
- 250 ml milk
- 450 g ella cheese (with 0% mm)
- 200 g of powdered sugar
for the dressing:
- 250 g of raspberries
- 200 ml of water
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 spoon of density
Cake with cheese and raspberries, preparation:
- Beat butter/margarine, add ground biscuits and milk, mix. Place in a tray (35x25cm) and bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180C.
- In one bowl, beat the slaw with milk with a mixer, and in another bowl, the cheese with powdered sugar. Mix the two masses.
- Place over the cooled crust.
- Put raspberries in a saucepan, pour water, add sugar, stir and cook for about 5 minutes at a moderate temperature. Stir the mixture with a little water and pour into the raspberries. Knead to thicken.
- Pour the cooled dressing over the filling. Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
- Enjoy the taste!
