Cake with plums.
- 400 g of plums (peeled)
- 300 ml of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla pudding
- 100 g of chocolate
- 1 cup of rum
- 60 pieces of petit biscuits
- 100 g of jam
- 200 ml milk
- Clean the plums, measure them, cut them and cook them with 200 ml of water and sugar. When it boils, cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the stove, add rum and pudding mixed with 100 ml of water. Put it back on the stove and cook at a moderate temperature until it thickens. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate, stir until it melts.
- In a tray (25x35cm), put a row of biscuits (20 pieces) and then a row of warm filling (half of the filling). Then put another row of biscuits, then another row of filling and another row of biscuits.
- Beat the slaw with milk and put it over the well-chilled cake.
