Cake with plums.
Cake with plums, ingredients:
- 500 g of plums,
- 50 g of sugar,
- 4 spoons of honey,
- 2 spoons of cinnamon and
- 2 vanilla sugar.
For the dough:
- 150 g of flour,
- 50 g of sugar,
- 1 baking powder,
- 2 dl of milk i
- 100 g of margarine.
For the frosting:
- 100 g of chocolate and
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
Cake with plums, preparation:
- Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, honey and cinnamon. Mix everything well and let it stand for twenty minutes.
- During this time, prepare the dough, add sugar, milk, margarine and finally baking powder to the flour.
- Place the dough in a greased pan, then spread the plums over the dough. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake.
- Leave the baked cake to cool, then cover it with chocolate glaze.
- Melt the chocolate with 3 tablespoons of oil.
- If you don't want to cover the cake with chocolate, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or leave it as it is.
- It is excellent in every variant.
- I covered the cake with chocolate and decorated it with honeycomb.
- I got the honeycomb as a gift.
- Honeycomb in honey is very healthy and useful, plus it is decorative on this cake.
