Cake with plums.
Cake with plums, ingredients:
- 200 g of plums,
- 100 g of margarine,
- 3 haha,
- 250 g of flour,
- 2 vanilla sugar,
- 100 g of sugar and
- 1 baking powder.
Cake with plums, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, add softened margarine, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- Pour the dough into a mold well greased with margarine. Scatter the plums from above.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for about 35 minutes.
If you like, you can cover this cake with chocolate glaze or just powdered sugar.
