Cake with dried fruit, ingredients:

- 20 g of fresh yeast,
- 120 ml of lukewarm milk,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of flour,
- 350-400 g of soft white flour,
- 60 g of sugar,
- a pinch of salt,
- 60 g butter, room temperature i
- 1 egg.
Filling:
- 2 egg yolks,
- 2 spoons of sugar,
- 100 g of raisins,
- 100 g of prunes and
- 100 g of dried cranberries.
Cake with dried fruit, preparation:
- Put the crushed yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and flour in 120 ml of lukewarm milk and let it rise for about 10 minutes.
- Add yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg to half the amount of flour and knead the dough.
- Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead until you get a soft dough that sticks a little to your hands.
- Leave the dough to rest for about 40 minutes.
- Knead the dough and add more flour if needed.
- Spread as thin as possible, coat with egg yolks and sugar.
- Sprinkle raisins, plums and cranberries all over. Roll the dough into a roll. Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
