Cake with cherries and chocolate.
Cake with cherries and chocolate, ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass (from yogurt) of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 200 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 80 g of milk chocolate with cherry filling
- 400 g of cleaned cherries
- powdered sugar to taste.
Cake with cherries and chocolate, preparation:
- Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the oil and briefly beat the yogurt. Add the flour and baking powder. Clean the pits from the cherries and chop the chocolate into pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a floured and greased mold and bake at 200 C for about 5 minutes. Then take out the cake, spread the cherries and chocolate and return the cake to bake at 200 C for another 20 minutes.
- Leave the cake to cool. Cut into cubes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
