Cake with cherries - Slađana Šćekić
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 cups of milk
- ½ cup oil
- 1 baking powder
- 5 spoon of sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Beat everything for the crust and bake the crust at 180.C for about 15 minutes.
- (separate 4 tablespoons of the whipped mixture for the white crust)
- Arrange the cherries on the baked crust, sprinkle them with two spoons of sugar and two spoons of ground biscuits.
- Whisk:
- 4 egg whites
- 5 spoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 pastry
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons of the reserved yellow mixture.
- Pour the whipped mixture over the cherries and bake the cake at 180 C for another 15 minutes.
