If you have reached your goal and lost as much weight as you wanted, it does not mean that you should stop exercising. Therefore, increase your caloric intake, but do not reduce physical activity, so continue with the current regime (an hour a day, five days a week).

Regular physical activity is an important health factor, and it has been proven to reduce the risk of cancer and other diseases. It is recommended that you exercise at least 40 to 50 minutes a day, five days a week, in order to, say, reduce the risk of breast cancer.

It's not easy to get disciplined and sweat it out for 300 minutes every week, but you can break up your workouts. For example, if you exercise moderately to intensively, you can devote 10 minutes to it at different times of the day, if it seems to you that an hour of exercise is "in one piece" - too much.

For example, if you already exercise on a treadmill, make your workout last 30 minutes, and during the day try to walk for at least that long.
