Koljivo - Slavic grain.
- 500 grams of wheat
- 500 g of powdered sugar
- 3 bags of vanilla sugar
- 500 g of walnuts
- 0,5 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 0,5 bags of nutmeg
- In the evening, put the wheat in water overnight, then cook it the next day until it is completely soft. Strain the cooked grain and grind it in a meat grinder, then combine it with powdered sugar and ground walnuts. Add 2-3 bags of vanilla sugar, cinnamon and a little nutmeg to the prepared mass. Shape the prepared grain on a tray and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
