  • 0,25 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  1. Cut the pumpkin, clean the inner part with seeds and cut into larger cubes.
    Put water, sugar, vanilla, vinegar, cloves in a bowl and cook. When it boils, add the sliced ​​pumpkin, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin softens, being careful not to overcook.
    2-3 minutes before the end, add cinnamon and ginger powder, remove from heat and leave to cool.
