Apple and plum compote – a quick and healthy meal, great if your baby has a stomach ache.
- 2 pieces of plums (fresh, sweet)
- 1 piece of apple
- Peel the fruit and cut into slices.
- Put it in water and let it boil for 5 minutes until the fruit almost disintegrates.
- Strain the juice through a strainer and set aside.
- Pass the fruit left in the colander with a spoon through the colander to get a mush.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit and then give it to the baby.
- You can use the fruit water as a juice during the day, also make sure it cools down before serving.
Apple juice and compote help, while too much applesauce can have the total opposite effect.
