Apple and plum compote – a quick and healthy meal, great if your baby has a stomach ache.

  • 2 pieces of plums (fresh, sweet)
  • 1 piece of apple
  1. Peel the fruit and cut into slices.
  2. Put it in water and let it boil for 5 minutes until the fruit almost disintegrates.
  3. Strain the juice through a strainer and set aside.
  4. Pass the fruit left in the colander with a spoon through the colander to get a mush.
  5. Wait for it to cool down a bit and then give it to the baby.
  6. You can use the fruit water as a juice during the day, also make sure it cools down before serving.
Apples, depending on the form in which you give them to the baby, can create constipation in the baby or help it.
