Throughout the year, the team of collaborators will continuously evaluate the submitted traditional recipes, and priority will be given to those recipes that are from old family cooks, with a story about how they came about, how they became part of the family tradition, with old photos, etc.
All associates of the Recipes and Kuvar online portals, who wish to participate in this competition, are obliged to comply Terms of use of the portal, which they must accept, as well as the Rules and Conditions of the competition (below, further down in the text).
Rules and conditions of the competition Traditional recipe of home cooking - Recipes and Cookbook online
Please read the competition rules, which are listed below and which you automatically accept by participating in this competition (hereinafter referred to as "Rules").
By participating in the contest, you accept the stated rules, as well as the fact that your application and private data contained in the registration (registered user account on the portal Recipes and Kuvar online) that you provide when applying for the contest will be available to the company Linkom-PC doo, Novi Beograd, Omladinskih brigada 83/51, Republic of Serbia, (hereinafter "Organizer").
Privacy Notice: Personal data collected in connection with this contest are used only for the purposes of this contest and will not be used for any other purposes or needs.
For the purposes of the competition, your contact information, information about your website (web presentation, blog, etc...), Facebook page or Instagram page may be collected.
Your personal data can be used in the process:
- providing information about the competition and communicating with you
- improving, developing and promoting the competition
- selection of winning initiatives
- determining the identity of the winner of this competition when awarding the prize
- application of our Contest Rules and acting in accordance with legal obligations
How we protect your personal data: We take appropriate security measures to secure and protect your personal data and only retain it for a limited period of time.
Your Rights and Choices:
In accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to:
- access your personal data in such a way as to correct, limit or object to the processing, or to request its deletion
- receive the personal data you have provided to us in order to transfer it to another company
revoke any given consent - file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to:
- request access and to access the personal data that we have about you, to update and amend inaccurate personal data, to limit or object to the processing of personal data, to request, in accordance with the law, the deletion of personal data or the concealment of the identity of the person to whom to which the data relates, as necessary, or to exercise your right to data transfer for easier transfer to another company. You can also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In the further processing of personal data, we will apply your preferences and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal of your consent.
These rights may be limited in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

REGULATIONS
The contest is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old and who properly register to participate in the contest.
APPLICATION RULES
- Every registered user who has accepted the contest rules has the right to send an unlimited number of recipes.
- As a condition for participating in the contest, the user agrees to: Guarantee the contest organizer and transfer to him all rights for copying, reproduction, distribution, publication or any other use (without limitation) of submitted messages (recipes).
- The organizer is free to use the message (recipe) in any media.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
To participate in the contest, you can submit your recipe as follows:
- by sending an email with acceptance of the terms of use of the website Recipes and Kuvar online, to the email address info[at]recepti-kuvar.rs with the necessary contact information.
- in the text of the message (recipe), the following must be stated: Name of the dish, Ingredients and quantity, For the number of people, Preparation time, Method of preparation, Serving, Photo of the finished dish (one photo of the dish up to 2MB in size). It is mandatory to state that it is a traditional recipe.
- The ORGANIZER has the absolute right to exclude from evaluation ALL recipes that do not meet the previous conditions (incomplete application, incomplete or incorrect data entry for the recipe)
Note:
- Each message (recipe) must be suitable for public publication, must not contain mocking expression, use of vulgar words or other inappropriate words, must not contain defamation or insult (including words that are known to the general public to be offensive to certain individuals racial, ethical, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and socio-economic groups), must not contain threats to a person, business, group and world peace, must not violate privacy and other human and rights of business and other entities, must not contain trade names, brand names and other terms protected by copyright. Otherwise, the registered participant will be disqualified and such a message (recipe) will not be published.
DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
- If you have registered correctly, in the manner determined by these rules, you can send your recipe for participation in the competition until 31.12.2019. years.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Once you have posted a message (recipe), you cannot change it.
- The contest organizer may, at its sole discretion, remove, delete or disqualify your recipe if it deems it inappropriate or unsatisfactory in accordance with the contest rules.
- The person who submits the recipe will be considered a participant.
- If a group of individuals decides to participate in the competition together, then they must choose a person who will represent them during the competition, who will accept the rules of participation.
You are not limited by the number of recipes you can submit.
COPYRIGHT RESPECT
All contest participants are obliged to respect copyright and related rights in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Serbia, to send messages (recipes) from their personal archives, and with the same messages (recipes) to send only photos from personal archives, which are not subject to copyright protection from by other persons or legal entities.
A SELECTION OF THE BEST RECIPES
- the best-ranked recipes will be chosen by the evaluation of the jury formed by the Organizer
- All selected participants will be notified through the provided contact they left when applying, no later than 30 days after the end of the competition period.
OTHER INFORMATION
The contest organizer has the exclusive right to decide on all questions and disputes that arise in connection with this contest, all decisions of the contest organizer are final and binding for the contest participants.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by the rules, which are final and binding. If the contest does not take place as planned due to technical problems on the software system such as computer viruses, hacker activity, system crash and the like, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to end, change or postpone the contests, without any material or other obligations on that basis to to the participants of the competition.
- The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
- tries to jeopardize the process of selecting the winner at the Contest Organizer,
- violates the rules of the competition, rules of use of the Organizer of the competition.
- All possible disputes will be resolved exclusively before the court that has local jurisdiction over the seat of the Contest Organizer (competent court in Belgrade).
- The organizer of the contest is not responsible for any error in publishing incorrect information on the Recipes and Kuvar online portal.
