Lean vanilla beans, ingredients:
- 250 grams of margarine,
- 2 dl of oil,
- 100 grams of powdered sugar,
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
- knead with 650 grams of flour.
For sprinkling:
- powdered sugar, if necessary.
Lenten vanilla beans, preparation:
- Put the dough to cool.
- Roll out the rind to a thickness of 1 cm and use a small brandy glass to remove the vanilla pods.
- Bake them at 180 degrees for a short time, taking care that they remain white.
- After baking, cool and fill with sour jam, cherry, dogwood, plum.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla sugar.
- They can be eaten right away, they don't need to stand.
