Contemporary vanillas, ingredients:
- 250 g of margarine,
- 3 spoons of sugar,
- 3 bags of vanilla pudding,
- 200 g of flour,
- jam,
- powdered sugar and
- vanilla sugar.
Modern vanilla, preparation:
- Beat the margarine with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add pudding, gradually flour and vanilla sugar.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter and use a cup or a mold to cut out circles, arrange them in a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees until they remain pale yellow.
- Combine the baked ones two at a time with marmalade and roll in powdered sugar.
