COMPETITION FOR THE BEST VANILLIC - vanilla - Jelena Nikolić

Vanilla.

Vanilla, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 500 g of fat
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • 8 spoon of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • molasses
  • powder sugar

Vanilla, preparation:

  • Beat fat with sugar, add honey and eggs, then flour and baking powder.
  • Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • On a surface sprinkled with flour, roll out the crust with a thickness of 5 mm.
  • Use a brandy glass or a mold to remove the vanilla pods, place them in a baking tray, greased or lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C.
  • Warmly join two at a time with jam and roll them in powdered sugar.
  • Enjoy the taste!
