Vanilla.
Vanilla, ingredients:
- 1 kg of flour
- 500 g of fat
- 8 spoon of sugar
- 8 spoon of honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of baking powder
- molasses
- powder sugar
Vanilla, preparation:
- Beat fat with sugar, add honey and eggs, then flour and baking powder.
- Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
- On a surface sprinkled with flour, roll out the crust with a thickness of 5 mm.
- Use a brandy glass or a mold to remove the vanilla pods, place them in a baking tray, greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C.
- Warmly join two at a time with jam and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Enjoy the taste!
