Vanilla beans, one vanilla bean, one bite.
Vanilla, ingredients:
- 200 g of fat,
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 whole egg
- 4 spoons of sugar and
- juice of 1 lemons,
- apricot jam or your choice.
Vanilla, preparation:
- Beat the fat until foamy, then add the yolks and one whole egg, sugar, juice of one lemon and flour.
- Transfer everything to a mixing board, knead the dough and roll out the crust half a centimeter thick with a rolling pin.
- Use a mold for vanilla cakes to take out scones, dip each one in beaten egg white snow, then arrange them on a baking sheet, put them in the oven and bake them, making sure they stay white.
- Join the roasts two at a time with marmalade.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
