Vanilla.
Vanilla, ingredients:
- 250g of fat,
- 5 spoons of sugar,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 500 g of flour,
- apricot jam and
- powdered sugar.
Vanilla, preparation:
- Beat the fat until foamy, add egg yolks, sugar, flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for a while.
- After that, roll out the crust about half a centimeter to one centimeter thick, then use a mold or brandy glasses of the smallest diameter to make small circles.
- Arrange in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, making sure they stay white.
- Coat the baked vanilla beans with jam and join two by two, then roll in powdered sugar.
