Cucumber baskets - a slightly different cucumber salad.
- 6 pieces of cucumbers (young)
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 200 g of salami
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- salt (little)
- Cut off the tops of the cucumbers and peel them lengthwise every other row. Cut them to the thickness of two fingers. Carefully hollow out the cucumber rings.
- Mix cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and salami.
- If desired, add a little salt to the cucumbers and fill them with the mixture. Garnish to taste.
