Baskets with raspberry sauce.

Baskets require:

  • 100 gr. chocolates
  • 1 teaspoons of oil

Raspberry sauce:

  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 0,5 bag of raspberry pudding
  1. Melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of oil, then coat all the baskets with it on the inside and put it in the freezer for a short while to harden the chocolate.
    Repeat the procedure two to three times.
    Then turn them carefully and slowly start from the bottom with a needle and separate them from the basket.
    When it is separated from the paper one, the chocolate basket will remain.
    Put raspberries, sugar and 50ml of water or raspberry juice in a bowl, boil and when the sugar dissolves, add the raspberry pudding mixed in the remaining 50ml of water or raspberry juice.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Fill the baskets with the cooled sauce.
