Crunchy Cake – a fantastic crunchy cake… with chocolate flakes and a rich filling…

  • 12 pieces of eggs
  • 17 spoon of sugar
  • 12 tablespoons walnuts (crushed or chopped)
  • 12 tablespoons of plasma biscuits (ground)
  • 100 gr. chocolate nougat
  • 100 gr. candied papayas
  • 200 g of walnuts (ground)
  • 150 gr. plasma biscuit (ground)
  • 250 gr. margarine
  • 250 gr. powdered sugar
  • 200 gr. chocolate flakes
  1. Beat 6 egg whites and add 7 spoons of sugar, when you get solid snow, add 6 spoons of ground plasma and 6 spoons of chopped walnuts (nuts are best crushed with a hammer).

  2. Bake 2 crusts. Cut off a third of each crust to make another crust.

  3. Beat 12 egg yolks with 5 spoons of flour and 150 ml. milk. Heat the rest of the milk with 3 spoons of sugar, then add the egg yolk and cook the filling. When the filling has cooled, combine it with whipped margarine and powdered sugar. Add finely chopped papaya, finely chopped chocolate, ground walnuts and ground Plasma biscuits.

  4. Fill the crusts and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.

  5. Finally, generously sprinkle the cake with chocolate flakes, on all sides.
