Creamy Cauliflower Soup – a delicious soup, great appetizer or main course.

  • 300 g of cauliflower
  • lemon zest (a little)
  • dry spice
  • 0,25 liter of milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 0,5 l of water (cold)

Decoration:

  • olive oil
  • crushed hot pepper
  1. Place finely chopped cauliflower, lemon peel, and dry spices in the cooking pot. Pour cold water.
  2. Boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Add milk and let it boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat, let it cool a little. Mash the cauliflower. Add one sour cream. Decorate with a little olive oil and crushed hot pepper.
