Creamy vegetable soup - Kristina Gašpar - Recipes and Cookbook online

Creamy vegetable soup can be made in several ways, but also from different types of vegetables. You can combine several types of vegetables or use only one type - a matter of taste and choice.

The creamy texture is obtained from starch. Which starch you use is up to you. You can use flour, cornstarch, rice, potatoes, flakes... For this vegetable cream soup, I used a sprinkle - fried flour.

Creamy vegetable soup, ingredients:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 level spoon of flour
  • 4 cups chopped vegetables*
  • 5 cup of water
  • spices to taste: salt, pepper, mixed spices, ginger, parsley, bay leaf

*you can use vegetables of your choice (I used: cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, scallions, corn and peas)

Creamy vegetable soup, preparation:

  • Briefly fry the flour in hot oil, pour water and add vegetables.
  • Boil the broth for about 15 minutes from the moment it boils.
  • Then add the spices and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Parsley leaves can be added when serving or together with spices.

If you are a meat lover, you can add pieces of chicken meat along with the vegetables.
