Cream soup with mushrooms - Kristina Gašpar

  • 1 tablespoon oil of your choice
  • 1 medium carrot, grated into thin strips
  • 150 g of champignons, grated into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon of wholemeal flour
  • to taste: salt (pepper, turmeric, curry, ginger and parsley)
  1. Fry the carrot in hot oil for about 3 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Fry with occasional stirring for about 3 minutes. Pour 1,2 dl of water. When it boils, pour the flour mixed in 1 dl of water. Season the broth to taste.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. When serving, sprinkle with parsley leaves.
  4. Determine the thickness of the broth to taste.
