Creamy dulek soup - creamy, tasty, full of vitamins.

  • 500 g of white dulek
  • 2 pieces of carrot (larger)
  • 1 piece of celery (root)
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 3 coriander seeds
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
  • 2 liter of water
  1. Put water in the pot and let it boil. Remove from the stove and mix the mixture with a hand mixer.
  2. During this time, sweeten the turnips and celery. Put them whole to cook. Add bay leaves, olive oil, and black onions. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then add white dulek, mushrooms and garlic. Add salt to taste and add other spices.
  3. If you wish, you can add more water if you don't like a thick, creamy soup. Put it back on the stove to "throw" a few more keys. Remove and add chopped parsley. Enjoy the wonderful, creamy soup. Pleasant.
