Creamy pasta with bacon and peas - light pasta, real refreshment...
- 500 g of pasta
- 250 g of peas (fresh or frozen)
- 450 g of bacon
- 1 onion (small)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary (smaller)
- 1 piece of hot pepper
- 3 sage leaves (fresh leaves)
- 250 ml sour cream for cooking
- olive oil
- so
- pepper (freshly ground)
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
- Cook the pasta and peas in two separate pots according to package directions or until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In the meantime, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add finely chopped onion and bacon strips, and fry them for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add rosemary, chopped sage leaves, hot pepper, which should be seeded and diced beforehand, and mix everything together well.
- Add the cream and reduce the temperature to 100⁰ C and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add pasta and peas, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
