Creamy pasta with bacon and peas - light pasta, real refreshment...

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 250 g of peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 450 g of bacon
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary (smaller)
  • 1 piece of hot pepper
  • 3 sage leaves (fresh leaves)
  • 250 ml sour cream for cooking
  • olive oil
  • so
  • pepper (freshly ground)
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  1. Cook the pasta and peas in two separate pots according to package directions or until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the meantime, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add finely chopped onion and bacon strips, and fry them for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add rosemary, chopped sage leaves, hot pepper, which should be seeded and diced beforehand, and mix everything together well.
  4. Add the cream and reduce the temperature to 100⁰ C and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and peas, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
