A light refreshing cake. The recipe for creamy hazelnut cake was sent by our colleague Marija Mirković.

  • biscuit
  • 6 pieces of egg whites
  • 6 spoon of sugar
  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons hazelnuts (ground)
  • 1 bag of vanilla
  • 0,5 bag of baking powder
  • 150 ml milk

Cream:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 6 pieces of egg yolks
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 1 bag of vanilla
  • 2 bag of gelatin
  • 500 g of powdered whipped cream
  • 100 g of hazelnuts (ground)
  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla. Mix flour, hazelnuts and baking powder and add to egg whites. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Pour hot milk over the hot biscuit.
  2. Mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla and add a little milk. Boil the rest of the milk.
  3. Pour 8 tablespoons of water over the gelatin and let it swell. When the milk boils, slowly add the yolk mixture. Cook for a few minutes while stirring. Add the chopped white chocolate to the hot mixture and stir until it melts. Add gelatin and beat with a mixer. Leave to cool. Beat the whipped cream, then add the egg yolk cream, then the ground hazelnuts. Spread over the biscuit. Decorate as desired
