Cream cake with chocolate and strawberries.

Cream cake with chocolate and strawberries, ingredients for a diameter of 20 cm:

For the crust:

  • 1 egg
  • 1,5 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 1 spoon of cocoa

For the filling:

  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 3,5 dl sweet sour cream
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • if desired, 10 g of gelatin

For the chocolate topping:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 1,5 dl sweet sour cream
  • 250 g of fresh strawberries
  • 50 g of fresh raspberries

Approximate preparation time 60 minutes.

Cream cake with chocolate and strawberries, preparation:

  • For the crust, beat egg whites with sugar.
  • Add egg yolks and beat a little.
  • Add flour, baking powder and cocoa.
  • Lightly combine with a mixer.
  • Line the mold with baking paper.
  • Pour the mixture for the crust into the mold.
  • bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees C (check with a toothpick, which must be dry).
  • For the filling, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar.
  • Gradually add 3,5 dl of sweet cream and beat into a stiff cream.
  • Heat the sweet cream and chocolate until boiling and remove from the heat.
  • Mix until completely combined.
  • Leave to cool a little.
  • Separate the baked crust from the edge and leave to cool.
  • Clean the strawberries and cut them as desired.
  • Spread 1/3 of the filling on the crust.
  • Arrange the strawberries along the edge of the crust.
  • Add the rest of the filling over it and spread it evenly.
  • Cover with chocolate sauce.
  • Leave in the fridge to cool.
  • With the help of a thin knife and hot water, separate the cake from the edge of the mold.
  • Decorate as desired.
  • Pleasant!
