Crepes with pudding - We all know there are variations on the theme, but I make them like this most often, because they are the fastest. Mine all love them and they disappear at the speed of light 🙂
- 8 pieces of eggs
- 4 bags of vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 20 spoon of sugar
- 5 bag of vanilla pudding
- 1,5 liter of milk
- 1 spoons of powdered sugar
- chocolate (optional)
Bark:
- Beat 8 egg yolks, 2 egg whites, 3 spoons of flour and 4 spoons of sugar and a little oil (3 spoons), 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
- Pour into a deep tray or a fireproof dish and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden brown.
File:
- Beat 6 egg whites, powdered sugar and 3 vanilla sugars and 1 tablespoon of plain sugar. Beat until foamy.
- Boil 5 puddings in 1,5 milk.
Further procedure:
- Pour a liter of milk into a deep saucer and put it on the stove.
- Mix vanilla puddings and 15 spoons of sugar in half a liter of milk.
- When the milk is heated, gradually add the mixture (which should be smooth) and mix at the same time.
- Mix until it thickens.
- Add the egg white mixture to the hot pudding and mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture while it is hot over the crust.
- If you want it sweeter and more colorful, I usually add small cubes of chocolate to the hot mixture to melt.
- Leave it at room temperature to cool after 20 minutes. put in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
- You can serve decorated with vanilla sugar, chocolate or without anything, depending on your preference.
