Crepes with pudding - We all know there are variations on the theme, but I make them like this most often, because they are the fastest. Mine all love them and they disappear at the speed of light 🙂

  • 8 pieces of eggs
  • 4 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 20 spoon of sugar
  • 5 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 1,5 liter of milk
  • 1 spoons of powdered sugar
  • chocolate (optional)

Bark:

  1. Beat 8 egg yolks, 2 egg whites, 3 spoons of flour and 4 spoons of sugar and a little oil (3 spoons), 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
  2. Pour into a deep tray or a fireproof dish and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden brown.

File:

  1. Beat 6 egg whites, powdered sugar and 3 vanilla sugars and 1 tablespoon of plain sugar. Beat until foamy.
  2. Boil 5 puddings in 1,5 milk.

Further procedure:

  1. Pour a liter of milk into a deep saucer and put it on the stove.
  2. Mix vanilla puddings and 15 spoons of sugar in half a liter of milk.
  3. When the milk is heated, gradually add the mixture (which should be smooth) and mix at the same time.
  4. Mix until it thickens.
  5. Add the egg white mixture to the hot pudding and mix well to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture while it is hot over the crust.
  7. If you want it sweeter and more colorful, I usually add small cubes of chocolate to the hot mixture to melt.
  8. Leave it at room temperature to cool after 20 minutes. put in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
  9. You can serve decorated with vanilla sugar, chocolate or without anything, depending on your preference.
