Krmenadle on cream - a tasty and high-calorie dish.

  • 4 pieces of transom
  • 100 gr. sour cream
  • 5 pieces of pickles
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • spring onion
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of dry herb seasoning
  • 150 gr. cream
  • 300 ml. milk
  1. Beat the chicken breasts, sprinkle them with dry spices, salt and pepper. Fry them in melted butter, then take them out of the pan. Add chopped garlic, red pepper and about 1 dl to the frying oil. water. Add the grated eggs and dry seasoning. Return the fried chickpeas to the pot, cover and let them simmer. Stir in the sour cream and chopped pickles. Peel the potatoes, mash them and mix them with milk, cream and spices. Mix finely chopped scallions into the puree and serve with kremenadli.
