Croissants with cheese - Suzana Mitić
Croissants with cheese - full hit. For breakfast, dinner, lunch or snack... Try them, they are soft and crunchy...
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl of lukewarm milk
- 1 dl of sour water
- 1 dl oil
- 1 cubed yeast
- 1 bag of baking powder
- about 900 grams of flour
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 200 g of margarine
- 20 g of sesame
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 teaspoon of salt
- 1 yolk
- crumble yeast with milk, add sugar and 10 spoons of flour.
- Leave ten minutes for the yeast to rise.
- Put eggs, salt, oil, water, baking powder in a bowl and knead a smooth dough with flour.
- Leave it warm to rise.
- Divide the resulting dough into three noodles.
- Cut each noodle into 5 pieces.
- Roll out each part with a rolling pin to the size of a shallow plate.
- Connect 5 parts.
- Grate margarine between each one, except for the last one.
- Roll out a large circle, as thin as possible and cut it into 16 parts.
- Put a piece of cheese on each part and roll the croissants.
- Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper.
- Beat the yolks with a little oil and brush each croissant.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Leave for about 10 minutes to set and bake at 200 C until golden brown.
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
