Donuts filled with chocolate - chocolate in the dough, mmmmm. The perfect taste of lemon and chocolate in the dough.

You need for the dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1 dl of water
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 800 g of flour
  • 1 grated lemon peel.

For charging you need:

  • 70 g of chocolate
  1. Put sugar, salt, yeast and a little flour in the milk. Mix it with a whisk and leave it for about 10 minutes so that it starts to thicken. Pour into a pan and add the remaining ingredients. Knead a smooth dough and leave it in a warm place to rise.
  2. Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin to the thickness of your little finger. Arrange the chocolate cubes at a distance of 3-4 cm, depending on how big you want your doughnuts to be. Fold the other half of the dough over and remove the donuts with a spoon. Allow them to rise again and fry them in hot oil on both sides. If you wish, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Pleasant.
