Donuts.
Donuts, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 700 g of flour,
- 50 ml of oil,
- 40 g of fresh yeast,
- 400 ml of milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 spoons of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
For frying:
- oil if necessary.
Donuts, preparation:
For the dough:
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar, mix.
- Add half of the flour and mix with a hand whisk.
- Mix the oil, salt, beaten eggs and gradually add the remaining flour to knead the dough.
- Cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave to dry for 40 minutes.
- Then, knead the dough on a floured work surface, roll it out into a large circle with a rolling pin, and use a round mold (iii glass) to make donuts.
- Cover them with a clean kitchen towel and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat (if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar).

They are wonderful, we always enjoy eating them, we don't prepare them that often so we don't get bored, but realistically, who doesn't like donuts 🙂
