Croquettes with paprika - for all those who love paprika.
- 2 kg of paprika (chopped red, green and yellow peppers)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 4 spoons of flour
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- so
- beaver
- 200 ml oil (for frying)
- Clean and chop the pepper, as small as possible.
- Beat the eggs, season to taste.
- Add flour and chopped pepper.
- Knead everything well by hand.
- Pour the oil into the pan to heat it up.
- During this time, wet your palms and take a little of the mixture and form croquettes with your palms.
- Roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place in hot oil to fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
- Place the finished croquettes on a napkin to drain excess fat
