Mashed potatoes - Sandra Marković
- 500 g of potatoes
- 150 ml milk
- 70 g margarine
- 50 ml of oil
- so
- dry herbal spice
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and peel them. Drain the boiled potatoes from the water, add margarine, milk, season to taste and beat with a mixer. Heat the oil nicely in a small saucepan, add it to the potatoes and mix a little more (when the oil is added to the potatoes it should sizzle). Serve warm.
