Potatoes stuffed with kebabs, ingredients: p
- 10 kebabs
- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- dry seasoning to taste
- pepper to taste
- neutral cooking cream 200 ml
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
- a little oil
Potatoes stuffed with kebabs, preparation:
- Coat the pan with a little oil.
- Hollow out the potatoes, then put a kebab in each potato.
- Season to taste.
- Place one kebab between the stuffed potatoes.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 220 degrees, then cover with neutral cream.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
