Potatoes in foil - Ivana Pešić
- 6 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 cup of sour cream

- Finely chop parsley and basil and mix with sour cream. Cut the potatoes like an accordion, add salt and pepper. Put 1 tablespoon of filling on each potato, wrap in foil and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
