Potatoes.
Potatoes, ingredients:
- 1,5 kg of potatoes,
- 200 g of rice,
- 5-6 pieces of homemade bacon or homemade sausage or fresh ribs,
- 1 head of onion,
- 1 tablespoon of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of allspice,
- so,
- fat.
Potatoes, preparation:
- Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into thin rings.
- Fry the diced onion in fat in a deep pan or deep pan, then add flour and allspice and fry a little.
- Pour half a liter of water and salt and boil a little more.
- Remove the pan from the stove and arrange half the potatoes on the bottom.
- Place the rice and the other half of the potato on top of the potatoes, and pieces of bacon or sausage on top of the potatoes.
- If the potatoes are not soaked in liquid, add water to make it so.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, until a fork goes through the potatoes.
- Serve with sauerkraut salad or another salad.
