Krompirača - Jelica Podraščanin - Recipes and Cookbook online

Potatoes.

Potatoes, ingredients:

  • 1,5 kg of potatoes,
  • 200 g of rice,
  • 5-6 pieces of homemade bacon or homemade sausage or fresh ribs,
  • 1 head of onion,
  • 1 tablespoon of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice,
  • so,
  • fat.

Potatoes, preparation:

  • Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into thin rings.
  • Fry the diced onion in fat in a deep pan or deep pan, then add flour and allspice and fry a little.
  • Pour half a liter of water and salt and boil a little more.
  • Remove the pan from the stove and arrange half the potatoes on the bottom.
  • Place the rice and the other half of the potato on top of the potatoes, and pieces of bacon or sausage on top of the potatoes.
  • If the potatoes are not soaked in liquid, add water to make it so.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, until a fork goes through the potatoes.
  • Serve with sauerkraut salad or another salad.
