This krompirusha is, in fact, a modified version of my greens recipe. Prepare something quick, tasty, without yeast, baking powder...
If you don't have sour cream, you can use only yogurt, you can also without bacon, ham... You don't have potatoes? Put only onions... You have a wide range of options, this potato dish can be prepared with or without eggs... You don't have to measure anything, just add everything, believe me, it will be great! It is beautiful both hot and cold.
Potatoes, ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of oil,
- about 300 g of grated potatoes,
- 1 head of onion,
- 2 dl sour cream,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- some bacon and diced ham,
- 2 dl yogurt
- add enough flour so that the mixture is neither very thick nor thin, I put about 500 g
Potatoes, preparation:
- Peel and grate the potatoes, add chopped onion, eggs, sour cream, yogurt, salt, pepper, chopped bacon and ham, and finally flour. Mix everything well.
- Grease the pan, pour the mixture and bake in a heated oven until nicely browned.
