Kronat Ivana Pesic recipes and cookbook online

  • 500 g of flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 spoon of dry yeast
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g margarine
  1. Put the yeast, sugar and warm milk in a suitable bowl and mix well
  2. Knead. Add flour and eggs and knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin 0,5 cm thick and spread it
  4. with margarine. Transfer 1/3 of the dough to half, then transfer the other
  5. a third. Roll out the dough again, spread it with margarine and
  6. Fold over. Repeat the procedure once more. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 1
  7. cm, then use a spoon or a round mold to remove the cronuts (remove with a smaller spoon
