Kronat - (Cronuts) is a pastry in the shape of a donut, and it is prepared like a croissant!

Kronat - Ivana Pešić
- 500 g of flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 spoon of dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g margarine
- Put the yeast, sugar and warm milk in a suitable bowl and mix well
- Knead. Add flour and eggs and knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin 0,5 cm thick and spread it
- with margarine. Transfer 1/3 of the dough to half, then transfer the other
